1. About Simple

Simple is a TikTok companion application ("App") developed and operated by Boots of Travel. The App is designed to enhance your TikTok experience by providing additional tools, insights, and content management features alongside the TikTok platform.

Simple is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or its parent company ByteDance Ltd.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Simple, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Simple. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

4. TikTok Integration

Simple may access TikTok data, content, or functionality through TikTok's official APIs, subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service and API usage policies. You are solely responsible for your use of TikTok through the App and for complying with TikTok's terms. We do not control TikTok's platform, features, or availability.

Simple does not store, sell, or redistribute TikTok content beyond what is necessary to provide its core features. Any TikTok credentials or tokens used to authenticate the App are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Permitted Use

You agree to use Simple only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the App.
  • Use the App to spam, harass, or harm other users.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
  • Use the App in any way that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.
  • Attempt to access data or accounts that are not your own.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Simple — including its design, code, graphics, and content — are owned by Boots of Travel or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

TikTok, the TikTok logo, and related marks are trademarks of ByteDance Ltd. Their use within Simple does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

7. Disclaimers

Simple is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices. We are not responsible for any changes to TikTok's platform that may affect the App's functionality.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boots of Travel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — Simple, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Simple at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
